Sprouting Grains as Poultry Feed

Wheat berries after three days of sprouting
We start the sprouting process by soaking grain in water for twelve hours.
Whole, non-GMO grains and peas get started daily on the farm in five and three gallon food grade plastic buckets. We typically soak two - three buckets each night. Then draining those and rinsing along with the other sprouts. After three days the sprouts are much larger and germination is occurring.
